About me

Hi, I’m Carol better known to most as ‘Caz’. My journey and passion for fitness came a little later in life. After the birth of my third child I wanted to shed those few post baby kilos and the gym was never my thing. I joined a Kung Fu class to learn a little self defence, kick some --- and let off some steam while getting fit. Eventually the sessions weren't working into my life timetable so I reluctantly joined the local gym with some friends and surprisingly found my mojo. The spark was lit and I was hooked!


Fit by Caz launched in 2019 and is built on the principles that a little bit of sweat therapy each day is amazing for the mind and body. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than watching women unleash their inner beast, find their own mojo whilst getting fit and healthy along the way.


I provide a safe, personal, home studio-based gym to train and feel comfortable with like-minded women. We are a friendly, supportive, non-judgemental fit-fam. We all lead busy lives and need a little self-care so it’s a place where all women can come, switch off the rest of the world for 45 mins and focus on their health and well-being.
